Job Responsibilities





•           Execute sales strategy with and through their team of Insurance Specialists, Trust Specialists, and Wealth Strategists.

•           Direct business results for year over year growth of revenue, margin and FA penetration in their division

•           Attract, hire, retain and develop Insurance and Trust Specialists

•           Provide one on one coaching around improving sales techniques and inspecting what is expected of Specialists

•           Participate in providing feedback around setting strategy and tactical ideas to drive sales results

•           Lead partnership with Divisional Management on field appropriate training, events and specific Divisional strategy

•           Lead partnership with other business groups to leverage sales message and results

•           Manage the day to day operations, efficiencies, and expenses

 

50 – 60 % travel required




Qualifications





  • 7 to 10 years of experience in the financial services industry with proven track record as a sales professional
  • Estate planning and insurance expertise required and/or trust product and planning expertise required as well as experience in a brokerage environment experience
  • Undergraduate degree required (BS/BA)
  • JD preferred
  • Proven manager of a team of sales professionals
  • Insurance license, Series 7, 66 & 24 Certifications required, financial designations such as CTFA, CFP, CLU, FLMI          preferred
  • Ability to build and grow professional partnerships with Advisory 
  • Strong leadership qualities and presence
  • Superior presentation and communication skills
  • Strong Project Management
  • Proficient Microsoft Office skills
