Current Need
We are looking for a strong, self-motivated and experienced Finance and Accounting Manager to oversee the accounting and financial transactions for the Brand Rx Buy Profit organization.
Position Description
-Manage, coach, and develop one Senior Accountant/Analyst and one Acountant/Analyst.
-Oversee accounting for Brand Rx Supplier Agreements (Fee For Service, or FFS).
-Coordinate monthly close process, interpret new and amended contracts, and gathering necessary data for monthly accruals and deferrals.
-Prepare monthly reporting packages for FFS, as well as necessary analysis and support for FFS supplier billings.
-Perform income reconciliations on top Supplier related buy profit monies as needed.
-Coordinate forecasting and budgeting activities for Brand Rx Buy Profit (including development and management).
-Perform adhoc related projects as required.
Minimum Requirements
-BS in Accounting, Finance or Economics
-5-7 years of accounting and/or finance experience
-Strong background in GAAP and Accounting
-At least 1 year of management experience
-Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel and Power Point.
Additional Knowledge & Skills
-SAP experience preferred.
-CPA preferred.
-Detail oriented with excellent analytical skills and interest in identifying and fixing problems.
-Ability to effectively use accounting knowledge to collaborate with varying levels of employees and senior management to drive sound business decisions.
-Ability to handle multiple competing priorities
-Knowledge of accounting practices and ability to explain processes to staff
