“Hands On” Manager to lead Financial and SEC Reporting under GAAP to include preparation and review of all quarterly reports-10Q, annual reports-10K, Proxies, earnings releases-8K and Board financials, including internal reports and variance analysis, stock compensation models, SEC reviews and comment letters for a 6 Billion Dollar Publicly Traded company operating as one of the leading distributors in North America and Canada.

 

Job Duties:

 

Proactively address all financial accounting and reporting issues, formal documentation of GAAP and SEC position memos, policies and procedures on GAAP, financial  reporting packages to top management, disclosures, audit committee and the board of directors.

Supervision of a team of professional accountants to work collaboratively Director
