Description

We are a SaaS company that is driving online consumer behavior and customer engagement by leveraging behavioral science, game mechanics and proprietary data insights. The software platform tracks user activity and provides data insights and optimization tools.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

We are looking for a Chief Technology Officer (CTO) to develop strategy and be hands on in delivering technology.  This individual will be responsible for managing and leading the operations team, software and networks engineer teams, web developing team, the data warehouse, and system team. 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

The CTO will work with the CEO and Board of Directors to create and execute strategy.  The CTO needs to have hands on experience and savvy about technology.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Technical experience required is:  Open Source, Linux, high performance systems and architectures, custom scripts, software monitoring and management concepts, scripting skills, etc.. 

 

 

 

 

 

This individual can be located anywhere in the US as long as they are open to traveling to the San Jose frequently.
