Description

At least 7 years experience in financial/banking budget planning, resource management, and analytics in a highly comples application development environement.

Required:
- 7+ years experience with software development/internet technology projects with recent experience in resource planning, financial budget and analysis, and workload forecasting.
- Demonstrated expertise in SKLC.
- At least 2 years experience with Agile or RUP.
- Ability to dfine resource skills and allocate resources based upon those skills.
- Advanced skills utilizing Microsoft Excel.
- Ability to generate reports and utilize pivot tables.
- Advanced presentation skills using MS Office software suite.
- Ability to work well with both business and technical partners.
- Strong oral and written communation skills.

BS in compuer Science or Business Administration or comparable job experience in related IT positions.

Preferred Skills:
Familiarity with tolls like Clarity and Planview
Update clarity, run reports, generate presenations, present to business and technical audience.

Platform and Skill Set Expertise:
Design Skills & Tools: Data Modeling, Analysis Skills: UML, Analysis Skills: Business Analysis
